What should I do to prepare for a technician visit?
Clear clutter from floors, move pet bowls out, and put food away in the kitchen. If it’s termite or bed bug work we’ll send a short prep checklist with steps to follow.
What does your termite bond cover and can I transfer it when I sell my house?
Our termite bond includes annual inspections and free re-service if termites return during the bond period. The bond can be transferred to a new owner after a site review and a small transfer fee.
What do your monthly and quarterly plans include?
Plans mix outside perimeter work, baiting, and inside baseboard touch-ups on Premium plans. Callbacks are free between visits and we leave a service note with photos after each stop.
How quickly can you come if I have a serious pest problem?
We usually offer next-day service and can fit same-day morning slots when available. For true emergencies we have a 24/7 on-call line.
How much does a typical home plan cost per month?
Most homes start at $44/month for a basic quarterly plan and $79–$129/month for our Premium plans. We give a free on-site quote so you know the exact price.
How long has Houston Pest Control served the Houston area?
We’ve served Houston since 1996 as a family-run team. Our owner is ACE-certified and our techs hold TDA licenses.
Are your treatments safe for my kids and pets?
Yes — we use GreenPro practices and EPA-registered products and treat in ways that limit exposure. We also wait until sprays dry and show you any re-entry times.
